Allergy Information
We make the nut based gelato last. Machines are always washed between flavours. We don’t use eggs and all gelato is gluten free unless it contains biscuits such as cookies and cream. All ingredients are 100% Australian and sourced locally. All flavours are made from scratch so no flavours are added . For example pistachios is pistachio nuts created into a paste and added to the base not vanilla with flavouring.
